Additionally, the Public Hearing scheduled for March 16, 2006, has been postponed indefinitely.
The regularly scheduled Town Council Meeting will be held on March 16, 2006 at 7:00 pm. Watch for the agenda to be posted in a few days.
Also, a work session of the Town Council to Review the Land Use Ordinances will precede the Town Council meeting and will begin at 5:30 pm on March 16, 2006.

Lastly, a plea for your assistance. Local volunteers have put in hundreds of hours into the ice rink this year, just like in years past. Unfortunately, our rink has a couple of adversaries - one in which we have no control over, and the other in which we may have some control over.
The weather is always going to be a problem - too warm, too cold, too much snow, etc. We have to simply deal with it. The other issue is a bit more troubling and that involves individuals driving vehicles, snowmobiles and four wheelers on our rink. Normally, that does not present a problem, but when driven on in conjunction with poor weather conditions, it creates havoc. Quite often, we are set back weeks and essentially have to start the ice building process over.
Parents, please speak with your kids and explain the results and detriment this causes. Enlist their assistance in caring for our rink. Neighbors, if you see inappropriate vehicles on the rink, then please call the police immediately and attempt to get a description of the vehicle.
