TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day up 2.03% at 308,315. Insurance (+4.71%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest faller of the day was Constructions (-1.89%). Automotive (+3.85%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 1,571 billion (approx. USD 37 million). Pars Petrochemical Co. (PARS +3.84%) Esfahan Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD +1.71%) and MAPNA Group (MAPN +3.75%) were the main movers of the All-Share Index. Iran Khodro (IKCO +4.82%) was the most traded stock with IRR 341 billion (approx. USD 8 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 16,689 billion (approx. USD 397 million), up 25% from the previous trading session.
TSE30 Index
The TSE30 index of the 30 largest companies by market capitalization closed at 13,641 for a gain of 1.75%. The biggest riser was Iran Khodro (IKCO +4.82%) while Tehran Oil Refining Co. (PTEH -1.34%) dropped the most. Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 2,592 billion (approx. USD 61 million), down 9% from the previous trading session. |
