CROSSROADS IRISH-AMERICAN FESTIVAL
Featuring Elaine Feeney
Thursday, March 24 at 7 PM
Join us as we celebrate the 13th Annual Crossroads Irish-American Festival with a very special poetry event, featuring Elaine Feeney, author of The Radio Was Gospel.
Feeney explores her childhood curiosity, juxtaposing the way things should be against the way things are. She touches on Venice, San Francisco, Spain, Salthill, the Aran Islands, and the local church, but mostly finds magic and secrets in the front garden. At times elegant, at times brutal, this captivating young voice marks a coming of age.
Refreshments will be provided.
