JERRY GARCIA BIRTHDAY TRIBUTE SHOW - Tuesday, August 1, is Jerry Garcia's birthday and we will be celebrating the man with an evening concert at The Rising Sun Barn in Telford, PA. It will be an entire night of Jerry's own songs as well as cover songs that Jerry performed. Special guests include Mike Greer, Ray Adkins, Joe Rizzo, Smilin' Ed Kramer, and Scott "Big Daddy" Gourley. The band includes drummer Jim Hines, bassist Randy Wagner, singer Kathleen Weber, and keyboardists Karl Frick and Tim Hooper. Set design by Charles Juneau. Doors open: 6:30 Show starts: 7:00 - 11:00. FREE CONCERT IN WHITE'S ROAD PARK! - On Tuesday evening, August 22, we return to White's Road Park in Lansdale, PA for a free, all-ages, outdoor concert. This is one of our big shows of the season because when the weather cooperates we can expect thousands of people. We are bringing out the big 9- piece band! Sound by Mike Lightkep. Dog friendly. 7:00 - 9:00 PM Bring the family! Special thanks to Karl Sodutti.
PETE'S BARN! - Yes, it's true! We return to the legendary Pete's Barn on Friday, August 25, for a very special show. Not only is this a birthday party for my wife Stacey and our 4 year old daughter Ellie, but it's also the 10 year wedding anniversary of Mighty Manatees harmonica player Dance Wareham and his wife Jeannette! Let them eat cake. For this show we will be going on early (around 7:00 PM-ish to 10:00 PM-ish) so that children can hang out for awhile. Karmic Repair Co. goes on after us. This party goes on late into the next night with other bands appearing. Camping is permitted. Special thanks to Pete Allen and his family.
