Hey!
In the last couple of summers out in Southampton I would fill my house with friends from the city and on Friday nights party at the sceney Southampton Social Club. But before heading out I would get everyone in a great mood by having all my guests sing their favorite songs using my Singtrix Karaoke Machine with auto tune! It was so much fun because Autotune helps everyone sound like a great singer! Sometimes we'd sing from 8pm to 11:30pm then go and meet hundreds of friends. Okay some people who hate Karaoke may think I'm a cult leader like David Koresh and his Branch Davidians who makes his followers sing Rock Songs before recruiting for new members. Despite that I'm still a big fan of Karaoke. And people wonder why I'm single.
That said Tonight Tuesday 7pm-11pm, at 247 West 30th St. Suite #8R is Steve Marshall's Music Jam Party. Not everyone has to sing this time but I do encourage my singer friends to come and music jam with the band. Beer & Wine will be served and a impromtu Rock concert with classic cover songs performed by Lead singer/ guitarist Steve Marshall who's played with Slash and Brian Setzer, Drummer David Brakefield who's played with Johnny Cash & Jackson Brown, Bass Guitarist Chris Larsen who's opened for The Allman Brothers and Saxophonist Arno Hecht who's played with The Rolling Stones, J Geils Band and Bruch Springsteen. It's free for the first 5 musical artists who want to Sing & Jam with the band. It's $15 for VIP guests who want to meet new friends listen to live classic rock, sip wine and drink beer. Please feel free to invite friends in Music who want to network, find gigs and play with other musicians.
I'm definitely going to be there so come meet me if you'd like to catch up. I won't be singing since there's no Autotune but I'm inviting all my musician friends and helping them connect with real players in the music industry:-)
