Students from Lincoln School, Accra visiting the just ended Tei Huagie exhibition and learning about his style and work with discarded materials,sculpture, paintings and design.
 
 
Artist's Alliance gallery held an exhibition on 21 November with works from a variety of Ghanaian artists as part of its 20 year anniversary celebrations.

Clay Objects-Past and present aesthetics
Main Gallery at Nubuke Foundation from 7 December- 28 February 2014
 
A collection of pottery from several parts of Africa and the rest of the world. The exhibition looks at the evolution of the  uses and appreciation of clay objects over time. Exhibition opens at 10am. on Saturday, 7 December
At the Nu Gallery from 7 December- 28 February 2014
Showing at the Nu Gallery from 8 December will be selection of works from Yaw Obuobi, Ato Arinze and others. Yaw Oboubi has mastered the art of creating yarn and spun wool collages. Must be seen.

Portraits of Jamestown @ Dei Centre, Accra - 7 December @3pm
Internationally collected artist, Bill Scull is also an acclaimed travel photographer and experienced photo lecturer. Having spent the last 6 months in Ghana, Bill fell in love with Jamestown’s vibrant people and rich visual tapestry, and has spent most of his free time photographing there during his time in Ghana.

Workshops, Drama and other news...
Mini Drama on 13 December 2013 @ 3pm
 
After a 5 weeks of fun, our community initiative organised with Accra Theatre Workshop featuring a drama writing workshop with students from La-Bawaleshie and SDA primary will end with the students staging their mini-drama production at Nubuke Foundation.
Come and support the wonderful talents in the community.
Christmas Art Workshops ongoing every Saturday till 21 December at 10am.
There is something for everyone at the Gift Shop, now relocated inside the Nu Gallery.
Library is open to the public during normal weekday opening hours.
Cafe is open Thursdays to Saturday for breakfast, light bites and refreshing drinks.
Check out Ohema Ohene's boutique now at Nubuke.
Grounds are available for cultural events or other receptions.
