Patrick Tagoe-Turkson's works consist of mixed media and installations mostly made out of found objects.
Patrick connects stories and histories whilst giving new context to the works in the subtle structures he creates.

There was something for everyone at Chale Wote festival this year.
With film, talks, contemporary art forms- performance, installations, workshops, photography, music...with artists from Ghana, Nigeria, USA, Europe, South Africa-seen through the lens of this year's theme-African Electronics.
Events which were part of the Ga Homowo festival seemlessly merged into the crowds as if previously choreographed.
I found myself ringside at a boxing match of young boxers, feasted on photography from the Deo Gratia Studio and bought some beautiful electric blue hand-made pottery...

Kweku worked professionally in graphic design and media for over 20 years.
He goes back to his easel- working in a variety of mediums with digital, charcoal drawings and acrylics in subtle interpretations of people and other subjects in his work.

Award winning short films, animations, documentaries from Mexican cinematographers will show each evening
at 6:30pm

We are grateful to the management of Maersk Lines in Ghana for donating a massive 40ft container to us!! The container is ideally suited to be used as a library for children who frequent our reading room.
The converted container will house even more books with seating area outside.
