W. Bro. Iwan Griffiths, Prince of Wales Lodge No. 671 |
Worshipful Brother Iwan Griffiths, IPM of Prince of Wales Lodge, Llanelli, recently walked 100km across the Wadi Rum desert in Jordan to raise money for families living in poverty in South Wales.
So far he has raised £1,000.

£15,000 Freemasons' Donations help fund lifesaving ambulance for Mid & West Wales
|
Generous donations from the Masonic Province for West Wales and the Masonic Charitable Foundation have helped St John Ambulance Cymru purchase a new ambulance.
An urgent ambulance appeal was launched after one of the charity’s ambulances was destroyed by a falling tree during a storm last year. Thankfully nobody was hurt, but the incident left a gap in the charity’s services. For more click here.

MCF; £50k to the British Red Cross |
As part of the MCF's long-standing programme to provide relief to those in distress following humanitarian crises, an emergency grant of £50,000 has been given to the British Red Cross to help those in need as a result of the conflict in Gaza and Israel. The work of the BRC is made possible thanks to their strict neutrality
and their concentration on the provision of humanitarian need without

Welsh Three Peaks Challenge

Strumble Lodge are undertaking a Welsh Three Peaks Challenge in the summer of 2024. The peaks are Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), Cader Idris (in mid Wales) and Pen y Fan (in the Brecon Beacons). The challenge is to climb all 3 in 24 hours. For full details click here.
