             August 2009
Hello
Welcome to the first newsletter from Penny Withers Studio. We have been established for nearly six years now and want to keep you informed of all the latest developments in our gyrotonic world.
We are celebrating our first anniversary at 16 Newton Place and will be arranging a variety of events to mark the occasion.
There are now four instructors working here and we are open six days a week with Sunday sessions available by request as well.

Gyrokinesis Classes
Penny Withers Studio is delighted to announce that we will be commencing Gyrokinesis classes in September 2009. Gyrokinesis represents the core of Juliu Horvath's movement system and is not equipment based. To find out more about how Gyrokinesis can benefit you please follow this link. Gyrokinesis
The group sizes will be kept small with classes taking place on Thursday mornings and Saturday afternoons running in five week blocks. For more information on dates, times and costs please use this link. We are expecting a high demand for the limited number of places available so if you would like to reserve your place in the Gyrokinesis classes please get in touch as soon as possible.
