The beautiful weather at a certain point bores me, but than the BBC on Iceland and so getting back to some real nature.

Icebergs, glaciers, volcanos, and a vast country full of space, I lost my boredom and had a real fulfilling time, timelesness. I wrote about it on my blog.

 

The French tv made it’s documentary and did well, BBC told me they had great footage, we will see.

 

I have got my garden and little house, it is right down fantastic and I am enjoying it all. We got rocks and made a pond full of goldfish, some bananatrees, palmtrees, which I have got to cultivate because of the winters here, but it is looking really nice.

 

The reunion with all the upcoming instructors was great and important, we are creating a school, a real genuine school, how about that.

 

Furthermore there will be a research with reumathic patients the second of July. Our team, Karin, Isa, Kelly, Driekus and me will be following the patients over the next two months (nine weeks). If you live in the Netherlands and you are a reaumathic patiënt, contact us to take part!

 

The Pyrenees are coming and with that the final of the course of instructors in the WHM (WimHofMethod).

 

New records are coming and patience and perseverance are the keywords. Just keep on and stay cool!
