SECOND KIDS YOGA CLASS ON SCOTLAND ISLAND
BEGINNING TUESDAY THE 19TH AUGUST
Due to the popularity of the first kids yoga class we have been running
this term, I am offering a second class later on Tuesday afternoons.
Classes will now be offered according to age:
TUESDAYS
4:30 - 5:15 pm 5 - 8 YEAR OLDS
5:30 - 6:15 pm 9 - 12 YEAR OLDS
The children have been having great fun on journeys to the park, to
Africa and the play ground so far this term, sculpting their bodies
into some wonderful animals, food or even play ground equipment! We
have practiced breathing in the forms of making ‘balloons’, made eye
pillows and gone on flying carpets during our relaxation!
Only the mind is the limit to their creativity!
Kids yoga has been also shown to improve social relationships, family
relationships, improve body awareness, encourage kids to eat better and
have higher levels of serenity (Yoga practitioner survey UK &
Australia 2006). Children of all levels of ability can benefit.
Classes are still only $10 each and run term times only. Please
do e mail me to book before sending your child along - nadine@consciouslifeyoga.com.au
or call 0402 752465 for more details.

Pet Cockateil lost
Alby's beloved pet
Cockateil Rocky flew away (someone left the door open).
He is very tame and will come and sit on your shoulder if you call
him.
We would be so grateful if anyone who sees him can let us know - give
us a call on 0425 227792 (Nikki) or Matt (0404 876685) and we
will come over straight away.
