Howdy folks. I guess you've noticed that the Los Manatees web-site has been in disarray. It was hacked repeatedly by some 14-year old Turkish punk. My son Liam (Manatee web-master) and Michael Jones (Manatee web-site founder) would get the site back up and running and these young Turks would hack it again 3 hours later. So basically we had to create a brand new site and move everything over. Nothing was lost but its taking awhile to get it all back to normalitee.
Our trip to North Carolina was a gas. We saw a double rainbow, a dolphin's dorsal fin, hush-puppies, grits, and one-time Manatee percussionist Joel Fine (now living in Virginia Beach). Our accommodations were provided by the mighty Todd Fritsche and his family beach house "Sea Bytes". Thanks to everyone involved including cousin Jimmy and his wife Abby. The shows were fun and a special shout-out to Patrick from North Beach Bistro in Corolla, N.C. for helping make it all happen and taking us back to his restaurant for an after-show snack. www.northbeachbistro.com
Tomorrow night (July 14) we return to the Bridgeport Rib-House for a rockin' Friday night. Show starts at 9:30pm.
Two days later (Sunday afternoon, July 16) we debut at the P.J. Whelihan's in Medford N.J. Show starts at 4:00pm. We return there on Sunday July 30.
On Friday July 28 we debut at The Bent Elbow in Fort Washington, PA. Show starts at 9:00pm.
Don't forget about the Fitzwater Station show on Sunday afternoon, July 23.
This will probably be the last Ranger Report before the band goes on vacation in August. I'm going up to Canada to see family and friends and play three shows in Winnipeg, Manitoba with my former band "One Life".
