The announcement came last month and is very exciting news for the offshore building business.

As 1 of 5 finalists across NSW, their outstanding achievements have been recognised by the HIA judging team and their contribution to the industry will be formally acknowledged at the 40th anniversary Award's presentation night to be held on Saturday 23rd October 2010 at the Sydney Convention Centre, Darling Harbour.

Having worked in the offshore community for over 15 years, this is significant recognition for Elvina Bay resident Ryan Stidwill and his team of loyal tradesmen from the building industry.
