Congratulations Local Builder!

Local Pittwater building company R W Stidwill Constructions has been successfully judged as a finalist in the 2010 HIA-CSR NSW Housing Awards in the category of “Custom Built Home over $2 million” for the project at 103 Florence Terrace Scotland Island.

The announcement came last month and is very exciting news for the offshore building business.

As 1 of 5 finalists across NSW, their outstanding achievements have been recognised by the HIA judging team and their contribution to the industry will be formally acknowledged at the 40th anniversary Award's presentation night to be held on Saturday 23rd October 2010 at the Sydney Convention Centre, Darling Harbour.

Having worked in the offshore community for over 15 years, this is significant recognition for Elvina Bay resident Ryan Stidwill and his team of loyal tradesmen from the building industry.

R W Stidwill Constructions's work is speckled amongst Pittwater and the Bays, and the Northern Beaches, and varies from new homes, boatsheds, to alterations and additions on existing homes within Pittwater and the surrounding areas. The company utilises many local tradesmen within the Pittwater community including carpenters and an electrician, additionally they employ 2 offshore residents of the 3 apprentices within the company.

Their work can be viewed at www.rwstidwill.com.au .

Congratulations and Good Luck!
