This week's dinner feature at SAVOY Restaurant is Buttermilk Catfish, dusted with light cornmeal flour and pan-fried, with an arugula cabbage salad topped with jumbo lump crab meat served with hush puppies and a spicy mustard remoulade sauce for only $28.00. This dish tastes best when paired with a glass of Antano Reserva Rioja. This red wine offers rich, spicy flavors framed by round tannins and a long, savory finish.
