Next Wednesday, 24 November, is Round 2 of the Projected Image Competition, which is being judged by Colin Harrison FRPS FIPF FBPE MFIAP MPAGB EFIAP/d3 MPSA GPSA AWPF APAGB. The customary competition evening will run at the clubrooms on Wednesday as usual. However, this will be a "hybrid hybrid" meeting as the Colin feels reluctant to travel to the club in the present circumstances. So he will add his commentary on the images and the winners from his Oxfordshire home, to both those at the club and at home via the Zoom presentation. The projection on the ‘big screen’ showing at the club will take place as usual. Members are invited to this viewing so as to see the images in all their finest glory.

You can get a flavour of what makes Colin tick by visiting his website, although you'll probably gather from the alphabet soup after his name, that most things float his boat.
Members will be pleased to note that following a hefty financial investment in new equipment by the Society and a not inconsiderable amount of time invested by the Zoom team, the sound and vision quality, both in the clubroom and across Zoom, has been dramatically improved.
For those tuning in at home, here are the Zoom details:
