We heard they would do this at least a couple of years ago.  The Generals said then that when the rebellion came everyone should have food and water enough to stay inside and out of the way.  Remember God still multiplies these things.  Martial Law is a good way to show who are the good people and who on the outside are the bad people.  I cant verify the day this will come but it is the plan to bypass the crooked, blackmailed on Epstein Island, communist paid, media.
