TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day up 0.22% at 320,909. Paper Products (+4.93%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest faller of the day was Banking (-2.86%). Banking (-2.86%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 2,656 billion (approx. USD 63 million). Mellat Bank (BMLT -3.90%) Tehran Oil Refining Co. (PTEH +3.17%) and Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Co. (PNBA +3.45%) were the main movers of the All-Share Index. Mellat Bank (BMLT -3.90%) was the most traded stock with IRR 1,018 billion (approx. USD 24 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 19,394 billion (approx. USD 462 million), down 20% from the previous trading session.
TSE30 Index
The TSE30 index of the 30 largest companies by market capitalization closed at 13,670 for a gain of 0.04%. The biggest riser was Tabriz Oil Refining Co. (PTAB +4.36%) while Pasargad Bank (BPAS -3.67%) dropped the most. Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 3,463 billion (approx. USD 82 million), down 48% from the previous trading session. |
