When your order ships from BC, a notice is sent from Endicia with your tracking information. This email includes an estimated delivery date. In almost all cases, we have found that packages are taking longer to arrive than estimated. In many cases, it can be as much as a week after the estimated date. We have also found that the packages are not being scanned along the way once they leave the Ashland Post Office and are only being scanned again when they reach you in most instances.
USPS Mail is sometimes a less expensive method of shipping, but it is seldom a faster method. USPS packages are difficult to track along the way and if your package is late or lost, USPS doesn’t allow us to start tracking until 21 days after the shipment date on insured packages and 30 days on uninsured packages.
