TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index ended marginally lower today, losing 0.04% to close at 96,234. The top performing sector of the day was Construction (+3.73%), while Metallic Ore (-1.14%) lost the most. Base Metals (-0.93%) posted the highest trading volume of IRR 272 billion (approx. USD 6.3 million). The top three negative movers of the All-Share Index were Esfahan Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD -1.70%), National Iranian Copper Industries Co. (MSMI -1.31%) and Golgohar Mining & Industrial Co. (GOLG -1.55%). The most traded stock by value was Esfahan Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD -1.70%) with volume of IRR 97 billion (approx. USD 2.2 million). The total traded value of the TSE fell 53.2% from yesterday to IRR 1,645 billion (approx. USD 38 million).

The TSE30 index of the thirty largest companies by market capitalization dropped 0.43% to close at 4,196. The biggest gainer was Mellat Bank (BMLT +2.39%), while Esfahan Mobarakeh Steel Co. (FOLD -1.70%) dropped the most. Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 428 billion (approx. USD 9.9 million), up 7.8% from the previous trading session. |
