Soul'd Out Productions has successfully produced a play called "The Company You Keep" which adds a new action twist and plot with one of it's cast members. One of the characters Salvation and Faith will be TESTED!

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2010 @ 8PM, SATURDAY, OCTOBER 9TH, 2010 @ 3PM & 7PM AND SUNDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2010 @ 5PM

Divine Intervention Ministries (DIM) and Soul’d Out Productions (SOP) will host a weekend entitled “Let’s Stop the Violence” on October 8, through October 10, 2010.

This event will bring the city of Pittsburgh and all of its diverse nationalities together to raise awareness and speak out against the brutality that has plagued our city.

This production will be held at The CAPA High School Performing Arts Theater 111 Ninth Street (Downtown) Pgh, PA 15219

$10 FOR KIDS 12 AND UNDER

Each event will focus on the anti-violence theme. Other weekend activities include a candlelight vigil/ Service of Remembrance to be held Friday, October 8th from 6:45 PM to 7:45 PM for those who have been affected by violence will come together for this hour of healing and restoration. The play will begin at 8:00 pm.

We are expecting / sponsoring 125 mothers who lost a love one due to violence, and sponsoring 125 At-Risk Youth who may have participated in a violent act, or may have suffered from an act of violence. Our mission is to unite as one city making a declaration to stop the violence.

This weekend will also shine a light of recognition on individuals whose contributions have made a difference in the lives of the Pittsburgh Residents. Sister Debra Germany was unanimously selected to be the recipient of the 2010 Community Service Leadership Award. She will be the honored recipient on Friday, October 8, 2010 at 7:50 pm. before the play begins.

On Saturday, October 9th at 3:00 p.m. a special matinee show will premiere for youth of our city. This show will have a question and answer segment where the cast and youth audience will communicate concerning violence. These events are designed to provide an optimistic outlook for the future of our communities.

There is hope for our youth and young adults. Yes! There is hope in the community and stopping the violence. Yes! There is hope in God, and Soul’d Out Productions & Divine Intervention Ministries plans to make this known visually and audibly throughout this memorable weekend.
