Spring is just around the corner... are all of your slots filled?If not come find some new campers at the NJ Camp Fair at The Hotel ML on Sunday, March 25, 2012! This is your last chance to sign up.
Parents may have seen our ads since January in Metro Kids, or in the March Clipper magazine for South Jersey. We will also be in and have been in local camp guides in The Courier-Post, The Burlington Times, The Jewish Voice,The Sun Newspapers-Cherry Hill Sun, Haddonfield Sun, Marlton Sun, Medford Sun, Moorestown Sun, Mt. Laurel Sun, Voorhees Sun, to name a few, or they may catch our ad on The Patch.com or SouthJersey.com. Maybe they will see our posting that was sent to 200 local schools or read our email blasts.
The camp fair will be held from Noon to 3 p.m. and it is free to the public. You will be provided with a six-foot covered and skirted table, two chairs, and an electrical facility if you desire one.
Free coffee and tea will be provided to all camp personnel beginning around 10 a.m. when set-up time begins. Breakfast/lunch details will be worked out with each hotel
as the time gets closer and if we get small business or
corporate sponsors.
Within a week after the fair you will receive a spreadsheet with the contact information from all families who attended the fairs in which you participated. This is a hot list from which you can solicit campers.
If you have participated in any of our camp fairs this season (Summit, Princeton, East Rutherford, Freehold, East Hanover, Delbarton or Bridgewater) please email Barbara and she will give you the sliding scale discount credit.
