Dear Macro members,
Please join me in congratulating Brad Hunnicutt (Shaw University) and his student, Terrance Williams, who is our 2018 Fountain Memorial Honorarium winner! Terrance is currently a third-year student at Shaw University pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual and Performing Arts with a music concentration. His principal instrument is percussion, and he is an outstanding performer that specializes in mallet percussion and timpani. Terrance performs with the Shaw University Marching Band, the Concert Band, the Jazz Band, and the Pep Band. When not performing or in class, Terrance is a member of the University Honors College Association, serves as a percussion instructor at Smithfield High School, is involved in two Drum organizations, is a member of the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, and currently works part-time as a health aide to a fellow music student who depends on a wheelchair. We are very pleased to be able to honor Terrance with the Fountain Memorial Honorarium for 2018!
