In response to the feedback The Shyne Awards received from young people asking what can they do now to improve their lives so that they can not only receive a Shyne Award, but become successful adults we decided to design a conference that would answer those questions and more!

Our goal is to host a fun, informational and motivational conference that will provide young adults, who are between the ages of 13-19, with information on what they can do now to become effective leaders, followers as well as provide an opportunity for them to learn strategies on how to reach their goals.

· Find out how to get what they want out of life.

Talent Competition Information

If you have talent and want to compete in the “Your Time to Shyne Talent Competition" immediately following the Shyne Success Conference you must first register and audition to see if you have what it takes to shyne onstage!

CASH PRIZES

1st Place - $500 & Perform at The 4th Annual Shyne Awards

Second Place - $250

Third Place - $125
