PERSON:

JENNIFER ANISTON

What keeps the award-winning actress Jennifer Aniston, 45, looking so radiantly beautiful?

Well, daily practice of the Transcedental Meditation technique, of course!

"When I get lazy and don’t get a session in my day, I can feel a difference," says Aniston. "I do it first thing when I wake up.”

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW:

BRIAN LEVINE,
MEDITATION TEACHER IN L.A.

Brian is a young and passionate meditation teacher who helps others – from celebrities to homeless people, from businessmen to students – unlock an infinite resource of well-being.

"One of the passages in the Bhagavad Gita is about continuing to act in the world even after you’ve gained enlightenment: You will still perform activity, but you will act desiring the welfare of the world," says Brian.

"So there’s a shift from individuality to seeing the value of assisting the whole world family. That’s still developing in me, and it’s growing day by day."

INTRIGUING REPORT:
DOES TM ACTUALLY WORK?

One of the biggest British national daily newspapers, The Guardian, published a long article on the Transcendental Meditation practice. The story managed to create quite a buzz in the country.

Titled "Does TM work?", the article begins by outlining the challenge:

"First he tried sleep apps, then a flotation tank, then mindfulness – but nothing would stop the chatter in Stuart Heritage’s increasingly exhausted mind. Would transcendental meditation, currently enjoying a revival, do the trick?“
