Traffic for Saturday

Letter to Residents - From Mayor Truett
Huntsville Town has been working in conjunction with the Weber County Sheriff's Deparmtent on a volunteer program. The letter explaning this great opportunity is attached. Our community and the Ogden Valley will benefit from this great opportunity. Residents who volunteer will be able patrol the Valley with people the know and are familiar with in a truck that has been secured by Huntsville Town. Please see the attached flyer.
 
Traffic/Events for Saturday, July 20th
Please be aware that the Iron Lung Bike Race will be starting their event at Southwest corner of Huntsville Park at 6 a.m. Saturday Morning. Participants will be on a mass start and the street will only be closed for about 15 minutes during the beginning of that race. Thanks for your consideration.
 
The Ride for Children's Justice will be heading from Golden Spike Harley Davidson in Riverdale Road--  on I-84, up Weber Canyon, over Trappers to Hwy 39.  The traffic to get to Weber Canyon sometime between 1045-1100am or so. There will be no traffic interference in the Ogden Canyon.
 
Lost - Huntsville Town's Industrial Water Hose
During the fireworks event on the 4th of July, the Town's large water hose went missing from in front of the Town Shed. If anyone has information that might be helpful in recovering the hose, please call the office at 801-745-3420. Thanks!
 
Volunteer Needed for Weber County Fair Booth
Each year, municipalities are asked to put together a booth for the Weber County Fair to promote their Towns and Cities. Huntsville Town is seeking a volunteer to design and put together an unmanned booth for the Weber County Fair. Please contact Beckki if you are interested in volunteering.
