We started 2013 looking at each second, each minute, each hour, each day, each week & each month as a canvas to execute Tropicalfete’s Mission. It has been an amazing and beautiful journey and if you are reading this, you have been a part of it. We would like to say thank you!!! For Troicalfete it's about the culture. It's about creating, exploring, experiencing and sharing our mostvaluable asset “Culture” with like minded individuals. We invite you to join us for 2014 an exciting cultural year.
2014 Agenda
- Free Dance Program Called Body of Vibration Dance & theater with the NYC Parks and Recreation Department under Dance instructor Gillia Satenay & Kaja Johnson (January 2014)
- VH1 Save The Music Family Day Event – Tropicalfete highlighting the steel drum instrument. Panist Ricardo Greenaway and Vocalist Keran Deterville (March 22th 2014) – 10am to 4pm - 100 W 77th St, New York, NY 10024
- Workshop on Copyrights & Royalties by Roger Meltzer, CEO & Director of A&R, Capsicum Records, (April 26th 2014)
- Reading Program Authors Connecting with Barnes & Noble (June 214 as part of Caribbean Heritage Month. 267 7th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11215
- Expect to see in 2014: Art Exhibitions, workshops on music and masquerade, our participation in the West Indian American Carnival Day parade for both adults and kids, The Keep the Children Safe Halloween Festival & Parade, More Dance performances & Musical showcasing to name a few.
