Once again, thanks much to all our friends out there. Y'all are awesome!! Also, special thanks to our new
friends THE NERDS! It was a helluva lotta fun meeting the band, and performing last Thursday's opening set at
Joe Pop's before they took over the stage. Legends, hysterical, and great guys! THANKS & CHEERS!
NOW FOR THIS WEEK: As discussed, this summer's bakin', and it just keeps cookin' along! This week we've just
been added "on the fly" to Colorado Cafe's schedule for this Thursday's weekly Jack Daniel's Bikini Contest. We
were here with bikinis just a couple of weeks ago, and the joint was jumpin'! It will jump again, this time
HIGHER! And, Friday night we're back at The CENTRO NightClub on Rt 35 North in South Amboy. Last time here was
July 4th weekend, and we had a nice showing of "WRECKers." This time, this non-holiday weekend, we're expecting
an even bigger and better crowd, mixed between existing "WRECKers," and "yet to be WRECKed" virgins! Join us
for the HUGE dance floor, PHAT sound system, and The WRECKS on stage. As usual, Pete Wreck's the MC, with Bill
Wreck, Vinnie Wreck and Chris Wreck providing the instrumental support!
QUICK NOTE: If you're looking for family fun Saturday afternoon, with a good cause, please stop by the annual
CLIFFSTOCK event! This is a benefit in memory of Vinnie Wreck's neighbor Cliff Vail. CLIFFSTOCK is held every
year at Gavornick Park, located at High and Lehigh St, in Dunellen, NJ 08812. Fun and Games for the kids, live
music, DJ, and food. All proceeds go to two college scholarship funds. Thank You!
