Since I've been writing this I've been stimulating my brain using a Fibonacci high frequency (alpha and beta brain waves) for heightened concentration because I was cycling earlier and now I'm overcoming the fatigue. When I have trouble sleeping or take cat naps during the day I use the Neurophone on the Fibonocci low setting (theta and gamma waves) and that knocks me out so I get really good REM sleep even just from quck cat naps.
