You may notice on your next visit that ReBelle has done a little rearrangeing. We just got 24 new cubbies, so we had to move things around a little bit and we actually think it's organized a little more logically now. If you can't find something, just ask us!

There's a new yarn from Malabrigo, and you know we had to have it in the shop! It's called Mora and it's a fingering weight 100% pure mulberry silk. It's soft and shiny and the colors are absolutely stunning. I picture Mora being used for shawls, but it would serve well for cowls, scarves, hats and sweaters as well. Some patterns that I think would be perfect for Mora are: Sweet Dreams (shawl), Estuary (scarf/wrap), The Travelling Companion Shawl, Three Sisters Scarves # Two, and Forever Yours (shawl). |
We have some great bags from Binkwaffle! We love these bags because they are made from sturdy canvas, they are nice and wide when you open them, so it's easy to see everything that's inside and they are reversible! They are great for your knitting projects, we have small ones and large ones. The hardest part is deciding which fabric you want to show on the outside! |
The yarn of the month for September is Gina. Gina is a 100% wool worsted weight yarn with a slow color change. It comes in 50g balls with 109 yards each. There are many projects that would be great for this yarn, but here is a small sampling to inspire you: Camp Out Fingerless Mitts, Ispira Cowl, Phoncible (hat) and Booga Bag. Repairing Mistakes as You Knit $30
**One of the most useful classes a
knitter will ever take!!**
In this class you will learn to fix common mistakes in your knitting as you go, without having to rip out several rows or start over. We will cover reading your knitting, counting rows, identifying common mistakes, techniques for frogging, and making repairs in finished pieces.

Come make a mess while creating your own custom colorway of sock yarn using acid dyes. The class price includes 100g of sock yarn as well as
all the dyes and tools you will need. No previous experience needed.

Mosaicos Cowl ($15)
Come learn to crochet this cowl featuring a novel crochet technique using two weights of yarn to create interesting texture and pattern. The resulting fabric is soft and lightweight, resulting in a cloud-like cowl you’ll always want to wear. The pattern is easily memorizable, and is a perfect take along project.
A knowledge of basic crochet stitches is required.
