Hey, everyone!

Happy HanaKwanzaChristmaYuleShura!

Let's all drink an egg nog toast to the end of Don's Ask Don't Tell! While it is easy to forget that DADT was a huge step -  from "No Gays in the Military!" to "No open Gays in the Military" -  it's time has passed. Now all Americans, Gay and Straight, are free to join the military, and fight in the name of... well...

Now the next step is, of course, to de-militarize and de-corporatize America's foreign policy in general. Let's stop trying to rule the World, bring all troops - gay and straight - back home, re-train them in useful peacetime skills, and instead of using our the tax dollars paying service members to destroy other countries let's pay them to rebuild this one!

Peace on Earth, good will toward men and women.

And... back to us!

Here's the word on the street about Velina's direction of "Cinderella:"

San Francisco Examiner

The show closed Sunday, and Velina thanks the cast, crew, designers, Sherri, L. Peter, and everyone who saw it! Velina had a great time with Cinderella, and can't wait to work with everyone again!

Meanwhile, Michael wrote another piece for -

"At the end of Enter the Dragon Bruce Lee is fighting against that freaky guy with the swapable metal weapon hands in a hall of mirrors, the two of them hunting each other through the narrow passages, with Lee punching at reflections. Obama is also caught in a hall of mirrors, with his enemy coming at him from all directions. But when Obama looks in the mirrors he sees himself in a fighting stance, rejects that image of himself, and lowers his fists. And each time he does he gets punched or kicked again. In a trap created by his enemy he has decided that the most important thing to do is not reflect the posture of someone willing to fight." (more)

Also the reading of Michael's play "Recipe" at the Actor's Gang Theater in L.A. went very well! Gang members really liked the show, and now another theater down in the southland has asked about having a reading in January!

Stay tuned...
