Our upcoming Level 1 Teacher Training at Body & Pole is sold out, so we added one at incrediPOLE in Greenpoint, Brooklyn in August! Sign up by July 1st and you can use the code IP15 for 15% off! In this course, you will apply training secrets from dance, gymnastics and yoga to your beginner class and 90+ dance movements, strength techniques, floor skills, climbs, dismounts, spins, and inversions.
