The Battle of Pembroke Dock
|
A year has passed since Wor Bro T H Bourne passed away after a long illness. Tim is sadly missed by the brethren in the Castlemartin, Loyal Welsh Craft Lodges, his Chapter and many other Masonic Degrees. In Tim's memory, a fine Pewter Bowl, engraved with the Square and Compasses has been bought. A skittles match was organised at the Pembroke Power Station Club on the 13th May with teams from Castlemartin and Loyal Welsh doing battle to see who would be the first winner of the Tim Bourne Memorial Bowl. You can read the full story here.

Each year the Royal Masonic Trust for Girls and Boys supports around 2,000 children and young people of Masonic families.
All of these children have experienced a life-changing event that has led to financial hardship for their family.
In the first video produced by the RMTGB, Freemason Howard Mace and his wife Alex talk about why they needed support and explain how the assistance they receive is helping their daughter Maddie.
Please watch this powerful video which can be viewed at the RMTGB's website at www.rmtgb.org/maddie

Provincial Facebook Group
|
Now the Summer break is over, my main idea was that Lodge Secretaries, could post which ceremony would be worked at the next Lodge meeting to enable prospective visitors to evaluate which of their newer members they could bring with them. I also think it would be handy, if one of us intended visiting another Lodge, we could say so here and perhaps do a bit of car sharing, rather than have 4/5 cars going with just 1 or 2 Brethren on board. Masons are not the best communicators in the world, perhaps this group can go some way to changing that.
