This is newsletter is to give you notice that the Annual general meeting of Bristol Photographic Society will be held on Wednesday 15 December at 7.30pm
Please find attached some important documents for the AGM. The Council are proposing some relatively minor changes to the Society’s Articles of Association and Rules. Despite being minor it is important we make the proposed changes in order to bring the Society’s paperwork up to date. Please attend the AGM either at the Clubhouse or on Zoom so we can vote to make these necessary changes. The documents referred to are listed below and it is recommended that you read them prior to the meeting.
