Watermarks Open Studios 2009!  Studios and homes open between 10am – 4pm on September 19 and 20 Pack a picnic and take a walk-about tour of artists’ studios and homes on Scotland Island and Lovett Bay. Visit 40 artists in 16 idyllic locations. Listen to artists’ talks, see live performances, demonstrations and workshops, Indulge in tempting refreshments or Buy an original piece of art. Don't miss a dynamic group show by artists from Scotland Island, Lovett Bay and Elvina Bay at historic Tarrangaua. The house, previously owned by poet Dorothea Mackellar, is now home to Susan Duncan, author of Salvation Creek. Studio entry, talks and demonstrations are FREE.
