Dear Neighbor,
Many have asked who I will support for Hoboken’s next Mayor in a crowded field of six candidates — four of whom are my Council colleagues.
Emily is not a politician. She comes to government as a natural outgrowth of her career as a social worker — someone professionally dedicated to helping people. That is how she’s served for 8 years on the Council — 6 of which we’ve served together.
I see first-hand Emily's daily hard work and extraordinary dedication to making Hoboken an even better place to live, work, and raise a family. Whether it's fighting for safe streets, protecting families from gun violence, volunteering weekly at the food pantry, or working with anyone and everyone to address Hoboken’s biggest challenges — finances, affordable housing, or aging infrastructure, Emily rolls up her sleeves, digs in on the details, and for all the right reasons, gets to work for our community.
Emily is the right choice to lead Hoboken forward.
