	Thank you everyone for your excellent and interesting contributions (especially to Phil Bond who posted me yet another recipe from Bangkok.... he's obviously homesick and he's only been away a week!) The final date for recipes for the Pittwater Recipe book is May 31st. I still need more recipes in the main meal, starter and picnic categories. Also now is the time to send in your photos for selection. Be quick and don't miss out! All profits will go to the Kindergarten.
