Damage and Theft on South side of Scotland Island

The last week has shown an alarming increase in the number of thefts and malicious damage on the South side of Scotland Island. Fuel tanks have been stolen, other loose items in boats, many emergency water pipe fittings and hoses and other objects in around properties.

The police have been notified and are now conducting a full investigation. Please advise the police if you have lost anything of value recently. You can contact them on 02-9979-4044.

And do the good neighbourly thing: Keep an eye out for strangers or anyone tampering with your neighbour's property.
