Braised Chicken

This week's dinner feature at SAVOY Restaurant is Braised Chicken with Stewed Tomatoes, Onions, Sweet Red and Yellow Peppers, with Wild Mushrooms, and a Tomato, Caper, White Wine Sauce, Served over Brown Rice with a side of Sauteed Brussel Sprouts for only $28.00. This dish tastes best when paired with a glass of Labertino Malbec. This medium to light bodied red wine is fruit forward with aromas of cherry and a long earthy finish.
