Notice of Annual General Meeting of Bristol Photographic Society |
Unfortunately I had been given incorrect information regarding the date of the AGM, below is the correct version. Please disregard the previous email. |
This newsleter is to give you notice that the Annual General Meeting of Bristol Photographic Society will be held, at the Clubhouse and on Zoom, on Wednesday 13 December 2023 at 7.00pm. Please note the earlier time.
The evening is also the second round of the print competition, and enough time needs to be given to the competition judge.
Please find atached documents for the AGM.
- Signed Annual Report including the accounts – Year ending 31.03.2023
- List of the present members of the Council of the Society who are required to resign at the AGM but are eligible for re-election. All have stated that they are willing to be re-nominated for membership of the Council of the Society, except Danny Heaton.
- The form for proposing a new member of the Society’s Council.
- Extract from the Society’s Articles of Association outlining the rules on election/re-election to membership of the Society’s Council.
