You're invited to our Mama Walk this Friday morning, February 11th, 10-11 am, at Lake Elizabeth in Fremont. Please join us!
We'll meet at the dock next to the Visitors' Center. There's lots of parking right there, at the end of Sailway Drive, which is off of Stevenson Blvd. Here's a map link:

If you think you'll come, please let me know by replying to this email. RSVPs aren't required, but they'll allow me to update you if there are any changes, and we'll know to look for you that morning.

My plan for now is to have
Mama Walks on 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month. If you would like to participate in Mama Walks but can't make this time, please let me know. If there's enough interest in another day, I may adjust the schedule.

About Mama Walks
Compassion Tree’s Mama Walks are an informal gathering and conversation between women about our journeys through birthing and parenting. They are a time to share everyday challenges and celebrations, connect over birth stories, ask for guidance, be listened to and honored in a safe space, and listen and learn from others. This is an opportunity to become more empowered to make conscious choices, and to become aware of new options on a practical level.
Women are welcome whether they are a parent, pregnant, a future mama yet to conceive, or simply interested in the conversation. The walks are free, and babies and kids are welcome.
