BLAME THE VICTIM MENTALITY
After receiving various communiqués from some of my Cosmic Friends about how some people believe that one of the elements of Cosmic Ordering is that the victim is to blame. Let me make this very clear, Cosmic Ordering does not have a ‘blame the victim’ mentality. Cosmic Ordering is the belief that individuals can use their desires to ‘connect with the cosmos’ and make those desires become reality.Here is an extract from something that was sent to me:

The Law of Attraction says people's thoughts (both conscious and unconscious) dictate the reality of their lives, whether or not they're aware of it. Essentially ‘if you really want something and truly believe it's possible, you'll get it’, but putting a lot of attention and thought onto something you don't want means you'll probably get that too. Some medical professionals suggest it could even lead to a blame-the-victim mentality and actually be dangerous to those suffering from serious illness or mental disorders.

I agree, it can actually be dangerous to those suffering from serious illness or mental disorders make these claims, as well as those not suffering from such disorders. I also state, that those advocating that babies born with some defect are paying for some trouble in a past life ... how absurd! Cosmic Ordering does not have this within the belief system.
How can anyone blame babies for physical and sexual abuse — and certainly not what the babies were thinking! All what the law of attraction is is the theory behind Cosmic Ordering. Cosmic Ordering is the practice.
Most of you know my views on Catastrophic Vibrational Negativy, and this stems from the vibrational output created by whatever catastrophe occurred … not by the thought of it happening! I hope that has made the point very clear.
LOOK AT WHAT YOU WANT – NOT WHAT YOU DON’T
Some find the Law of Attraction difficult to master. Once you grasp the theory then you will find it to be extremely simple.
The only way you can always appeal to attracting something you desire is by giving your full concentration. You cannot exert a powerful thought pull on improved good health if you remain focused on poor health. Of course, that is not to say that just because you are panicked over your health that you will attract poor health. And anyway, why would anyone want to focus on poor health when they want good health?
You cannot grasp more money if you go on to feel miserable every time you receive a bill, or as soon as you see something you want to buy but cannot afford. Just focus on getting it.
STEP AWAY FROM THE FLOW FOR A MINUTE
Yielding is, roughly, giving up all struggles. You plunge all cares, worries, doubts, fears and expectations into the abyss of lost causes. In the beginning, the warning that the purpose of your struggles are becoming less and less arise from the consciousness being blocked, and you may have a sense of relief that the struggle is over, and the fight from within you is gone, like a fly in a spider’s web. All struggle is over.
This is why when in the manner of manifesting, you ought to not put too large an amount of conscious consideration on your goals all the time. This would build stress and attachment. You ought to detach and put it out of your conscious mind.
Just for a moment, step out of the flow of stress. You can always come back to the thought. What you haven’t had will not go amiss for a while. You can let go of this loss, and not have any regrets. The truth is there is no loss, there are no mistakes and everything is perfect when you return back to flow with a clear head. Your levels of joy, peace and satisfaction will soar.
LET GO OF FEAR
Life is never meant to be a struggle. Resistance is only for the purpose of moving you into harmony. You do not have to resist something that is at times hard to bear, because it means you do not fear it. Let go of your expectations and all fear will be gone. By continually holding on to your expectation and letting it become stressful creates fear that whatever it is you desire may not happen. Just let go of the need to care about whether it happens or not, then you are free from fear.
USE MENTAL DEMAND TO CONCENTRATE YOUR DESIRES
Concentration is the great secret of power. If you want to use your full amount of steam, you must close your valves and direct your power of generating mental steam toward one end. Centre your mind on one purpose, one plan and one transaction at any one time. Just as it is impossible for a steam engine to run with all its valves open, so is it impossible for you to waste your energy and run at your top speed. The difference in manifestation of power among men lies in the difference of their concentration.
Through concentration you can get anything you want. Every desire can be gratified. But whether it is, will depend upon you concentrating to have that desire fulfilled. When you focus on what you want in order to manifest it, you are concentrating your power towards it. The greatest manifestors are the ones with the greatest concentration. The most successful people are those with the greatest focus. Concentration in its intensity and duration is the key of all perseverance, diligence, patience and willpower.
LEARNING TO SEE INITIAL SIGNS OF MANIFESTATION
There usually come signs of land before land is finally sighted. We sometimes receive initial signs of manifestation before the actual manifestation itself. Those signs are there to let us know that our desire is on the way. What we ask is already given. We simply have to allow it into our experience with patience. The unfoldment is usually a gradual process in due time.
We may often mistake the sign for the manifestation itself and therefore feel disappointed. We may think that the universe doesn’t know how to answer us exactly as we desire. When we simply regain awareness that it is an initial sign, we can look forward in expectation to what we want to manifest.
BECOME SILENT TO RELEASE MANIFESTING RESISTANCE
Many people feel something that's quite different from desire when they use the word desire. Desire often feels like a yearning for them. Because while they are focused on something they want to experience or have, they are equally aware of its absence. So while they are using the word desire, they are offering a lack of vibration. They come to think that the feeling of desire is like wanting something that they do not have.
Many people desire things that they do not fully have yet, and may have desired them for a long period of time. So they think about the thing they desire, and then they think about not having it. In time, they come to believe that the way they feel about what they want and not having it is the way desire feels. This isn't the state of pure desire but the state of resisted desire. Their vibration is often more about the absence or lack of the thing than the desire itself.
THE THREE-FOLD LAW
The Three-Fold Law is the belief and principle on which magick is used. This law relates to the use of power and energy, for when used, power is returned to the sender, three times the level it was sent out.
The nature of this three-fold return can perhaps be better understood when considering the cause and effect principle of a spell. Let’s take an example – someone comes to you in distress with a problem, you help by sending out positive energy and the problem is successfully resolved. This automatically makes you feel good about yourself and influences your thoughts; thus your state of consciousness is altered. In turn your thoughts stir the emotions, which has a physical effect in the body by causing glandular secretions to enter into the blood stream. The resulting state of mind and body lifts your spirit, which is what makes you feel good. Thus with the act of a single good deed, you have been effected three times, in mind, body, and spirit. This then is your three-fold response to the return of positive energy. Now consider your response had you sent out negative energy or something went drastically wrong?
