The new contract between ABB and ISS is built on a first generation outsourcing project for ABB, where ISS will provide increased service quality, at a lower cost to ABB.
The integrated facility services solution provided by ISS will allow ABB to concentrate on their core business while ISS focuses on optimising and standardising non-core processes through integrated facilities management. The shared objective is to drive consistency, better performance, improved service levels, and enhanced cost management.
The contract’s scope and geographical footprint covers more than 1.5M sqm across over 120 locations in Asia Pacific with the largest countries in scope being China and India.
