This Sunday, April 10, the original Manatees duo ("Where there's a
Will, there's a Ray") will perform at a benefit concert for
the Japanese earthquake survivors at The ImaginAIRium, 3540 Schuylkill
Rd., Spring City, PA 19475. The event is being organized by Ted The
Fiddler who is also performing. Also on the bill: Jack Murray, Blanko
Dave, J.D. Malone, and Craig Bickhardt. Show starts at 2:00PM. For

FIRST OUTDOOR SHOW OF THE YEAR! -
This Sat. afternoon, April 9, The Mighty Manatees will play their FIRST
outdoor show of 2011! From 1:00 to 5:00 we will perform on Market St. between 12th & 13th Streets
in Philadelphia (by the Loews Hotel and Septa entrance). It's part of the city's
"Market Street Live" series (and we'll be back there again on Sat.
afternoon June 11). We LOVE to play outside. Special guest Walter
Tates Jr. will be on saxophone(s)!

MELLOW CORPORATION'S LATEST RELEASE! -
Manatees brother Michael Jones is part of a musical collective known as
The Mellow Corporation. Every February they take part in a
compositional project where they must write, record & produce an album
all within the 4 weeks of the shortest month of the year. They bring
no pre-written material to the sessions. This year's results are their
