TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day down 2.01% at 314,469. Textile (+3.60%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest faller of the day was Engineering Services (-4.28%). Banking (-4.01%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 3,537 billion (approx. USD 84 million). Mellat Bank (BMLT -4.79%) Sepahan Oil Co. (SEPP -4.39%) and Tejarat Bank (BTJR -1.92%) were the main movers of the All-Share Index. Mellat Bank (BMLT -4.79%) was the most traded stock with IRR 2,075 billion (approx. USD 49 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 20,947 billion (approx. USD 500 million), up 8% from the previous trading session.
TSE30 Index
The TSE30 index of the 30 largest companies by market capitalization closed at 13,402 for a devaluation of 1.96%. The biggest riser was Tabriz Oil Refining Co. (PTAB +4.10%) while Mellat Bank (BMLT -4.79%) dropped the most. Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 3,603 billion (approx. USD 85 million), up 4% from the previous trading session. |
