TSE All-Share Index
The Tehran Stock Exchange All-Share Index finished the day up 0.83% at 305,970. Ceramics & Tiles (+4.79%) saw the highest increase among sectors, while the biggest faller of the day was Chemicals (-0.21%). Pharmaceuticals (+2.03%) was the market volume leader with trades totaling IRR 1,181 billion (approx. USD 28 million). Persian Gulf Petrochemical Ind. Co. (PKLJ -2.18%) Tehran Oil Refining Co. (PTEH +2.10%) and Iran Khodro (IKCO +3.73%) were the main movers of the All-Share Index. SAIPA Group (SIPA +4.85%) was the most traded stock with IRR 392 billion (approx. USD 9 million) of shares exchanged. The total traded value of the market reached IRR 11,789 billion (approx. USD 281 million), up 16% from the previous trading session.
TSE30 Index
The TSE30 index of the 30 largest companies by market capitalization closed at 13,467 for a gain of 0.24%. The biggest riser was Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines (KSHJ +4.45%) while Tabriz Oil Refining Co. (PTAB -2.99%) dropped the most. Total traded value of the top 30 stocks reached IRR 1,821 billion (approx. USD 43 million), up 8% from the previous trading session. |
