MIGHTY MANATEES TO PLAY HUGE LABOR DAY WEEKEND FREE CONCERT! - This Sunday, September 1st, we will be appearing on the river at Wiggins Waterfront Park at the foot of Mickle Blvd. in Camden, NJ for the 5th Annual Camden Backyard BBQ. The event starts at 1:00 and runs until 10:30PM. Also appearing: Lettuce, The Nigel Hall Band, 61 North, The Conrad Oberg Band, and The Stooges Brass Band from New Orleans. There will be Cajun, BBQ, and other great food and beverages as well as face painting and other activities for the kids. The Mighty Manatees set is 3:30 - 4:30. The Stooges Brass Band go on after us. This is a big one, folks. There were 20,000 people at last year's show. There have been full-page color ads in The City Paper every week. The event is being presented by WXPN, Verizon, and The Camden County Freeholders.
