this is one of our most popular events. it's like the kick-off of Providence's Block Party / Festival Season. this year it'll be even bigger and better than before, because we've arranged for more of the streets surrounding Grant's Block to be shut down. but we've also decided to scale back on the number of vendors, so apply right away if you want in! because of how popular this event has become, vendor space will sell out almost immediately. if you want in, read this email very carefully and follow our instructions. even if you're a regular vendor with us, you must apply at our online vendor application (no exceptions!) but do read all of this first to be sure that this event is right for you).
this event is outdoors and differs from our indoor events. for this we provide you nothing but an empty space near Grant's Block (which is a little park area) on the surrounding streets, so know that you must provide your own tent, tables + chairs if you need them! because it's outdoors, we're offering spaces up to 10' x 10' to allow for standard eventing tents. these spaces are much larger than at our indoor events and will be done "flea market style" with nothing provided except space. you can share a space but it's entirely up to you to find someone to share with. if you're approved and you'd like to share your space just let us know who you're sharing with so that we can publicize everyone's participation.
the Vendor Fee for this is $75 and Due in Advance of the event, but vendor space is only reserved with Advance Payment (first-come-first-paid) and you must first Apply Right Away if you are at all interested (but if you do not agree with the terms in this email, please don't bother applying!).
the vendor fee is to be paid through PayPal (all you need is a credit card to pay through PayPal - you don't have to have an account, but their accounts are free) and this is how we accept payments, so we strongly recommend getting an account if you want to do our events. we'll send you payment info once you apply online. > > > > > > Click Here for our Vendor Application < < < < < <
(1) you apply, (2) we approve your application if you
applied in time, (3) we send you an acceptance email along with payment information, (4) you get to be a vendor at the event only if your payment is received before we're sold out of space.

~ Our Basic Terms ~
if approved and you pay on time, you're in! but you must agree to all of terms/rules in this email + our vendor confirmation email (which will be sent closer to the date of the event itself). vendor fees are not refundable for any reason. other rules: nothing illegal or incredibly offensive may be sold. you also must pick up after yourselves. if you leave trash or anything else in the space, you will not be allowed to do our events in the future. by applying, you also agree to not hold us, our business, our events, our cats, our sponsors or anyone else liable for any loss or damage incurred before, during or after this event. it's your responsibility to deal with sales tax so be prepared to comply with this (we'll make it as easy as possible) if you have any questions, feel free to Reply to this Email.
we'll review applications as soon as we can, and our acceptance emails will go out a day or two after received. be sure to be on the lookout for our acceptance email, as it will give you payment instructions and, as stated before, spaces are reserved on a first-come-first-paid-basis and once we're out of space, there's nothing we can do. note that while vendors for our events are almost
always in an open-minded unjuried way, we do reserve
right to decide if we feel something isn't appropriate. if this is the case, we'll explain why.
