Dear Allotmenteer,
 
You are invited to our AGM.
 
AGM Annual General Meeting BHAF
13th March 6.30-9.30pm
Brighthelm Centre
North Road
Brighton
 
We will meet at 6.30pm for a 7.00pm start.
 
If you are a plot holder in Brighton or Hove then you are member of the Federation, so please come along.
 
Along with usual business, at this years AGM, we will share the progress of
the Allotment Strategy, there will also be a presentation from Russ Howarth
on Allotments in the Gambia!
 
The first drafts of the Allotment Strategy are being compiled right now and we will be emailing our members again with details, hopefully within two weeks, once these are agreed.

or Committee members to bhaf.contact@gmail.com or by post to;

Due to the amount of hard work over the last year in regards to building the
Allotment Strategy with the Council, some Committee members will be retiring.
Please consider putting yourself forward to help, many positions will be available.
 
Chairman - Alan Phillips
Chairs Federation Committee meetings and the AGM.
Vice Chairman - Russ Howarth
Chairs Site Rep meetings and Liaison meetings with the Council.
Secretary - Allan Brown
Takes minutes at meetings, answers correspondence, general secretarial duties.
Treasurer - Emily Gardiner
Responsible for accounts and payments, development fund applications.
Publicity Officer - Mark Carroll
Manages the website and facebook page, group emails to members, poster design and general publicity.
Steve Lucas and Anne Glow
Committee members with miscellaneous responsibilities.

We are eager to attract more people to help with local associations or to use their personal and professional skills to promote our work. Do come along, meet us and see how you can participate.
