As noted in the TBA announcement earlier today, the Library Minyan will not be saying a communal mincha immediately prior to beginning Kol Nidre tomorrow.
Those who want to daven mincha with a minyan should attend the TBA daily minyan, which will meet at 1:30 pm in the Dorff Nelson Chapel.
