Find it Fast...

If you want your office to have a professional appearance, take a look at the items you have on your bulletin board, taped to your walls and posted around your computer screen. You have left many of these items in your view, because you reference them often and need to keep them handy.

Reduce this visual clutter by purchasing a desktop reference binder. (Use Google to see various selections) This binder will allow you to organize your reference material and keep it at your fingertips. By keeping your reference material out of sight, the reminders you post for important deadlines will now stand out.

What's the hang up?...

If your laundry room is small and lacks space to hang freshly laundered clothes, purchase a hanging rack to use while hanging clothes from the dryer. (Google: free-standing tripod collapsible hanging rack)

In addition to using them in the laundry room, I also use them for guest coats when I entertain or as a quick closet for overnight guest. I also pop one up to help sort clothing items when organizing my closet.

Once you’re done with the rack, tuck it behind a door, in a corner by the dryer or in a closet until its needed again.

One Last Thing...

“6.8 Billion dollars are spent on organizing products every year, yet 2 out of 3 people say they are disorganized.”

Organizing products are great tools, but they can also become clutter when they are not needed. Don’t purchase organizing products until you have purged the room you are working in. That way you know exactly what organizing products you need to use your room efficiently.

Relax and enjoy your Thanksgiving Day. Then get back to organizing.  Laughing
